REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Payments
Cash, all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI , Bank Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Once the payment is made you will be given the consultation within 48 hours.
We reserve the right to reject the request for consultations if we find it unethical or unfit. In that case money will be refunded to the account from which it was sent.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel a report or consultation after making the payment please inform us at consultation@astrokhushbooshokeen.com or call us on 9953705568 immediately.
It can be cancelled only if the Report has not been made. Also it takes two-three days to complete the cancellation process so please have patience. You money will be refunded within time.
Refunds
What is Astrology Club Refund Policy ?
Astrology Club does not offer any refunds once the consultation is given. If you are not satisfied with the consultation you may ask the astrologer for further clarification but once the report is delivered no refunds are issued.
Once the course fee is paid and a batch is alloted, no refunds are possible.No Batch adjustments can be done either.
